About Sidoney l. howden, ll.b., ll.m.

Sidoney is an accomplished lawyer with 18 years legal experience in the areas of family law, and wills and estate administration. She appears regularly in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. 

Sidoney obtained her law degree in 1996 from Lancaster University in England, receiving the Veronica Cowan Award.  She obtained her Master of Laws degree in Family Law from the University of East Anglia (U.K.) in 1998 and was accredited at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. 

Sidoney was Called to the Bar in 2002 and was an associate lawyer with a Mississauga law firm for 13 ½ years. She resides in York Region and in 2018 opened her own law office in Richmond Hill.

Sidoney is a member of the York Region Law Association.
